  1. Cooked spaghetti noodles
  2. Crispy Sausage
  3. Dried chili
  4. Carrot
  5. Chopped basil leaves

  7. Oyster sauce 
  8. Light soy sauce
  9. Ground pepper (If you have whole pepper, it would be great if you can crush and grind it yourself)
  10. Garlic (optional)

How to make spaghetti with dried chili and sausage?

     1. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the crispy-skinned sausages and boil them whole without cutting them. Then scoop them out and set aside.

     2. Continue boiling spaghetti for the time recommended on the package (because each size and brand of spaghetti takes a different amount of time to boil). When the spaghetti is cooked, scoop it out and shock it in cold water or room temperature water (the recipe uses room temperature water). While the spaghetti is boiling, prepare other ingredients so that everything is done at the same time, such as cutting the sausage, chopping the basil, and breaking the dried chili peppers and crushing the seeds and setting them aside (the recipe uses breaking the dried chili peppers instead of pounding them because this menu is delicious because you can chew the chili peppers into pieces with the noodles).
